I work with Medium and Large Format Cameras exposing film and developing the images using my own variation of the Ansel Adams zone system. I work exclusively in Black & White preferring the abstract quality and drama it conveys. I prefer film over digital for my work but I have no prejudice against digital image making. Technique is a servant of vision; the emotion and spirit of the work are the motive for technique.
